These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Tow Me Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) to any customer (“you”, “your”) who uses or engages our vehicle recovery, transport, and related emergency services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

We offer the following 24-hour services:
• Emergency roadside breakdown and recovery
• Vehicle recovery and transport
• Emergency fuelling
• Tyre call-out
• Vehicle locksmith access
• Jump starts
• Classic and supercar transport
• MOT collection and delivery
• Vehicle disposal

3. Operating Hours
Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4. Bookings and Payments
• Part-Payment: A non-refundable part payment is required to secure your booking. This ensures that your booking slot is confirmed and that no other work is scheduled during that time.
• Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid on the day of service, prior to the completion of the job.
• Accepted Methods: Payment may be made via cash or bank transfer (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Failure to complete payment may result in service termination or withholding of service delivery.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
• All part-payments made toward your booking are non-refundable.
• By booking, you acknowledge that we reserve time and resources for your request, and we decline other work accordingly.
• Refunds will not be granted for cancellations, change of mind, or failure to provide access or cooperation during service.
• In the event we are unable to fulfill your booking due to reasons on our end, a full refund of any payments made will be provided.

6. Customer Conduct
• Zero Tolerance Policy: Any form of racism, disrespect, verbal abuse, discrimination, or aggressive behavior will result in the immediate termination of the service without refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our sole discretion if we feel our staff’s safety or well-being is at risk.

7. Delays and Liability
• While we strive for timely service, Tow Me Ltd is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, breakdowns of our own equipment, or other events beyond our control.
• In the case of transport or recovery delays, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
• We are not responsible for losses incurred due to delays unless negligence on our part is proven.

8. Damage and Insurance
• Tow Me Ltd handles vehicles with the utmost care.
• We carry public liability and goods-in-transit insurance appropriate to our services.
• You must inspect your vehicle at the end of service. Claims for damage must be reported at the time of delivery. No claims will be accepted once the vehicle has been released and signed for.

9. Storage and Abandonment
• If a vehicle is recovered but cannot be delivered or handed over due to your unavailability or failure to complete payment, it may be stored at your expense.
• Storage fees may apply at a daily rate.
• After 14 days of non-collection, Tow Me Ltd reserves the right to dispose of the vehicle in accordance with UK law to recover unpaid costs.

10. Right to Refuse Service
Tow Me Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel a service for reasons including but not limited to:
• Unsafe location
• Inaccessible or hazardous conditions
• Non-payment
• Abusive behavior
• Illegally parked or stolen vehicles without proper documentation

11. Compliance with Law
You must ensure that your vehicle is legally eligible for transportation or recovery. We will not assist in the movement of stolen, unregistered, or unlawfully modified vehicles.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our official website or provided in writing. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
